Wesley Stahler is a mama of two (crowning achievement), in addition to a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Early Childhood Mental Health Clinician, Registered Drama Therapist & Buddhist practitioner. Babies are her business! She has over 26 years of experience working in the Early Childhood world, initially at a Montessori School, followed by producing kids TV for Nickelodeon, to over 10 years working at UCSF Benioff Hospital Oakland, in their Behavioral Pediatrics Program. In addition to Soothe, she also has a Strength-based, private practice providing relational support for children, families and parents. Specialties with pediatric anxiety disorders (OCD, phobias, and anxiety), early childhood ages 0-6, pre and post-natal anxiety and depression, co-parenting, behavioral challenges and creating behavioral contracts, substance use, impulsivity, parental competencies. Plus, she co-created and leads Girl Group, which she describes as Soothe for kiddos 7-17 years old.
